Apa Itu Past Tense ?

Past Tense digunakan untuk menggambarkan pekerjaan yang dimulai di waktu lampau dan berakhir di waktu lampau atau bisa juga masih berlangsung hingga kini.

Menurut Kamus Merriam-Webster, past tense didefinisikan sebagai:

a verb tense expressing action or state in or as if in the past:

– a verb tense expressive of elapsed time (such as wrote in “on arriving I wrote a letter”)

Menyatakan suatu peristiwa lampau yang berakhir sebelum kejadian lampau lainnnya.
